After years of success in the aerosol industry, Fred became concerned about the environmental impact of certain chemicals. In 1998, he decided to start Spray-Lock, Inc., the makers of Spray-Lock Premium Eco Adhesives. Fred loves being part of the creative process, team building, and taking unique products to market. Spray-Lock products have been used to install over 500 million square feet of Commercial flooring and wall panels globally.

MICHAEL LAND
Since joining Spray-Lock in 1998, Michael has worked in virtually every position on the production line, technical services and research and development. When he is not testing and reviewing products, he’s handling IT projects around the office. Michael also stars in a few of our RugLock videos, along with his beautiful children, Lennox and Dexter.

DOUG SCHMIDT
After many years as a CPA, Doug joined Spray-Lock in 2011 to manage the accounting and financial responsibilities for both Spray-Lock companies, as well as oversee manufacturing, production and distribution of Spray-Lock Eco Adhesives.
